Subscribed users will get notifications back only in case of ETA violation. If there is it not obviously why an ETA violation is created or an ETA violation is missing, owners of trips has the possibility to look in a journal of this trip which contains a log of created trips, events and calculated ETA notifications arranged in chronological order.
In order to get a journal of a trip you need a token and SCEMID of the specified trip:
https://driveandarrive-v1.cloud.ptvgroup.com/em/journal?SCEMID=X9X9X9X9X9&token=<25_digit_token>
The format of the journal is described in the API documentation. Please have in mind, that each journal entry has an attribute "ts" which stands for time stamp of the corresponding call at PTV Drive&Arrive. There are journal entries with multiple time stamps, e.g. events. Events have a time stamp "ts" for the time of the incoming event call at PTV Drive&Arrivee and a second time stamp "timestamp" for the time of the event creation on mobile device or TMS.
