This section demonstrates the usage of PTV Drive&Arrive API. The following steps describe the different roles and functions they have to use to receive a current ETA:

• transport service provider plans tour with several stops and time intervalls to monitor

• transport service provider gives information to other partners (e.g. ramp, depot, dispatcher, planner, manager, ...)

• dispatcher likes to receive information in case of ETA exceptions
